DodgePop (“the App”) is published by Yaku (“we”, “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what limited data the App handles, how it is stored, and the choices you have. We do not sell or share your data with third parties, and the App contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.
When you sign in to Game Center on your device, Apple provides the App with a per-app anonymous player identifier and your Game Center display name. These are used only to display your name on global and friends-only leaderboards and to identify your own row. The App never receives your real Apple ID, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifying information.
When you create or join a Friend Room, the room name and the scores you submit to that room are stored in Apple’s CloudKit public database under our app container. Anyone with the 6-character room code can read and write scores in that room. Each score is associated with your anonymous player identifier and display name (described above). No other personal information is collected or transmitted.
If you choose “Use My Face” and pick a selfie or a photo from your library, that image is used only to render inside your in-game bubble. The image is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us, to Apple’s servers, or to any other party.
If you have opted in to share app analytics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and performance data with us. This data contains no personal information and is used only to identify and fix bugs.
The App does not collect your name (other than your Game Center display name), email address, phone number, physical address, contacts, browsing history, search history, location, health data, financial information, or any other category of sensitive personal information.
All data is stored on Apple’s infrastructure (Game Center servers and the iCloud CloudKit public database). We do not operate our own servers and we do not export, sell, or share any user data with third parties.
The App is rated 4+. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The only identifier associated with a player is the anonymous Game Center player ID, which is managed by Apple under Family Sharing rules.
You may contact us at any time to request information about, correct, or delete the limited data described above. Under the GDPR and similar regulations, you have the right to access, correct, port, and delete your data.
We will update this page if our data handling practices change. Material changes will be reflected in a new “Last updated” date.
